Refund Policy
We charge upfront for our services, which require a minimum commitment of 3 months. If you cancel within three (3) business days of signing up and no work has been performed, you will receive a full refund. After this period, all payments are non-refundable.
Delivery Policy
All services are delivered digitally. Our standard timeline:
  • Week 1-2: Setup & strategy
  • Ongoing: Outreach & optimization
  • Weekly: Performance reports
Cancellation Policy
  • Minimum Commitment: 3 months required.
  • To Cancel: Email support@outboundlever.com at least 10 days before your next billing cycle.
  • No Mid-Period Cancellations: Services remain active until the end of the paid term.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide relevant business details, target audience insights, and timely approvals to ensure success.
Confidentiality & Data
Any shared information remains confidential. You are responsible for managing and storing lead data.
No Guarantee
We do not guarantee specific results. Lead generation outcomes vary based on multiple factors.
